Well here’s my handstand “progress.” Keep in mind this is someone who has never, ever done a handstand before. Literally the first time I tried this was yesterday. This is someone with terrible upper body strength and a fear of being upside down. But strangely I find doing this fun and relaxing haha. I’m still working on getting both feet in the air and getting over my nerves of falling. The wall is my friend. I’ll get there eventually!

  4. findthehealthieryou said: Looking good girl! A tip is to do it the other way around, that way you’ll pretty much do a real hand stand and practice “getting up” but the wall will be there in case you go too far and tip over. Idk if this made any sense haha, but it’s great :)
